At CuddlePlush™, your comfort means everything to us — and that includes your shopping experience.

We understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help in a fair, transparent, and supportive way.


🌿 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging (including tags, if applicable)
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.


💛 2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plush arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item or wrong size)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly offer:

  • A free replacement
    OR

  • A full refund (including shipping if applicable)

🌸 3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

If a product variant clearly states “Cover Only (No Filling)” or similar, please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.


📦 4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@CuddlePlush.store
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization instructions
  • Ship the item back to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


💳 5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive confirmation via–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to reflect the transaction.


🌍 6. International Orders

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
  • Original shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable

Customs policies vary by country. We recommend checking local regulations before placing international orders.
